Rich’s Power Rankings: the NFL’s Top Ten Offenses Heading into the 2026 Season

After ranking the NFL's top defenses, Rich turned the bit around for his power rankings of the top 10 offenses heading into 2026, presented by SoFi. As with the defenses, he didn't limit himself to last year's top 10, leaving room for a riser or two.

**10. Atlanta Falcons.** The wild card of the list. Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts give Atlanta the weapons, and Kevin Stefanski now running the offense gives them the brains. Rich believes they'll play fast on that indoor turf and be tough to stop if they stay healthy and get quality quarterback play, the large if. Bijan, he reiterated, is the number one fantasy pick.

**9. Seattle Seahawks.** Third in points and eighth in total yards last year. They lost Kenneth Walker to free agency and have a new play-caller, but they still feature the reigning Offensive Player of the Year and a Sam Darnold out to back up his big season.

**8. Buffalo Bills.** The top rushing team from last year, fourth in total yards and tied for fourth in points, now adds DJ Moore. With Josh Allen, James Cook, and the tight ends, a possible MVP quarterback keeps Buffalo firmly in the top 10.

**7. Detroit Lions.** Tied for fourth in points, and now Jahmyr Gibbs is in line for more touches. Rich waved off the coordinator chaos of last season with Drew Petzing now in place. Amon-Ra St. Brown is still Amon-Ra, Jameson Williams is still Jameson Williams, and Gibbs may be the best fantasy pick of all.

**6. Cincinnati Bengals.** Hampered last year only because Joe Burrow got hurt. Healthy, with Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Chase Brown, and an offensive line that protects Burrow, the Bengals are one of the league's best offenses.

**5. San Francisco 49ers.** Rich leaned on his recent interview with Kyle Shanahan, still one of the best offensive minds in football, who now has Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, and, somewhat wildly, Mike Evans, with Brock Purdy throwing it.

**4. New England Patriots.** Second in points and third in total yards last year, now with A.J. Brown added. Rich expects a TreVeyon Henderson leap to mirror the one Drake Maye made, even if the offensive line is a question.

**3. Chicago Bears.** Rich could barely believe he was putting the Bears this high, but he's betting on a big passing jump because Caleb Williams is the Iceman, and because Ben Johnson is locked in enough to stare down reporters at his podium.

**2. Dallas Cowboys.** To the delight of TJ Jefferson, Rich slotted Dallas second. Second in total yards, second in passing yards, fourth in yards per play, plus the tight ends. If healthy, he allowed, they might be number one.

**1. Los Angeles Rams.** First in total yards, passing yards, and points, with an MVP quarterback. They're running it back, Blake Corum should be better next to Kyren Williams, and there are 15 tight ends you've never heard of waiting to vulture a touchdown. With Sean McVay calling plays and Les Snead stocking the groceries, the Rams top the list.

Rich acknowledged the near-misses, from the Colts and Jaguars to a Chargers team he nearly squeezed in, and even admitted he toyed with his beloved Chiefs before conceding that high-scoring offense simply hasn't been how Kansas City wins. As always, he figured, five minutes after the list hit YouTube the experts would tell him everything he got wrong.
